Who Source Are

Anne Haines
Team Leader
Having been with the team from the start Anne is one of the longest standing members of Source and also our Manager. With a background in criminal justice and substance misuse Anne does all she can to help and offer support.
She’s friendly, funny and enthusiastic and does lots behind the scenes at Source. She will mainly be seen running to lots and lots of meetings that help make Source great for you!


Debbie Marlow
Specialist Health and Substance Misuse Worker
The newest member of our team, Debbie is a very friendly, approachable and experienced worker. She is a qualified psychiatric nurse and up until recently worked with both adult and young people's services. She is able to support young people who have issues with drugs or their mental, physical or sexual health.
Debbie can help with harm reduction (keeping you safe), relapse prevention and she also works closely with other professionals to get young people treatment.


Marie Kuffour
Young Person’s Drug and Alcohol Worker
With a genuine passion to support and empower young people and a background in drug education, one to one mentoring and offender management, Marie is not shy to the issues and pressures that face young people everyday. Marie’s experience of working with diverse groups including multi-cultural and minority ethnic groups inspires her to adopt an ‘inclusive’ and ‘responsive’ approach to those she works with. Marie is the worker who is always ready to meet you at the point of your need and will be comitted to your development.


Lucy Konieczna
Young Person’s Drug and Alcohol Worker
Formerly a Youth Worker Lucy now works with us to support you with any questions or concerns you have about drug use, and to support you with any problems you might have.


Caroline Fossey
Project Worker – Reading Peer Education
Caroline has been a youth worker for the last 6 years and is used to talking to young people about sex, drugs and rock n roll! She has delivered Sex education in schools and youth clubs around Reading. As well as being a Source worker and helping young people in West Reading with drugs and alcohol education. She is now ready, willing and able to support you in becoming a peer educator and to help educate other young people about sexual health, relationships, drugs and alcohol.
