Comes from the leaves of the tobacco plant and contains a drug called nicotine which is highly addictive as well as over 400 other chemicals including Carbon Monoxide and Tar.

Smoking regularly can cause breathing problems, including bronchitis, coughs, lung cancer and heart disease. Most heart attacks in this country are because the person smokes.

It is illegal for shopkeepers to sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 16.
