GBH, liquid ecstasy

Chemical name
gammahydroxybutrate

Usually a colourless, odourless liquid with a slightly salty taste.

Effects begin between ten minutes and one hour of drug being taken and can last up to 24 hours.

Usually mixed with water and drunk (if strength of liquid is mixed badly if can cause burns to the mouth or overdose)

A small amount can make the user feel happy, sexy and so confident that they don’t care about anything.

Larger doses can cause the user to feel drowsy or sleepy.

It is very easy to overdose on GHB and users will feel disorientated and sick and muscles can go into spasm. Excessive use can cause a fit or seizure and cause user to become unconscious.

GHB can be fatal (kill you) if mixed with any other drugs especially alcohol.

GHB has been associated with date rape SO BE CAREFUL!
